Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original archival packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
